Reality Bites; don't mess with Bollywood

Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty was racially abused by three other contestants on the reality tv show, celebrity big brother. The ringleader of the gang, permier non celebrity Jade Goody apparently cut a deal with the show's producers in which she would act like a provincial idiot to generate higher ratings, and in return would automatically win the contest.

There has been massive outrage in India towards Goody, and India's prime minister Manmohan Singh, has suggested that he may lead his country into war against Goody's own Transalgoodia (a small area in essex, which she declared her own country)


Politician Gordon Brown also tried to get into the action by announcing something about how Indians know that the UK is a tolerant country, but the shows producers said that his crummy effort didn't desreve any illegitemate monies.
